Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements
- Manage day to day accounting entries and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor budgets and cash flow
- Coordinate invoicing and payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Support internal controls and compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights and support cost tracking on projects
- Assist with forecasting and planning
- Organize financial documentation and liaise with external auditors or consultants as needed
- Recommend process improvements for more efficient financial administration
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance with ability to support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Proficiency in Accounting practices including ledger entries, reconciliations, and managing payables and receivables
- Experience preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Well developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision making
- Experience with accounting or ERP software and solid MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards applicable in the UAE
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in architecture, design, construction, or project based environment is a plus

Role Description
- This part time, on site Finance Administration Manager role is based in Dubai and supports the studio’s financial operations and administrative processes.
- The Finance Administration Manager will prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, manage day to day accounting entries, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- The role includes monitoring budgets and cash flow, coordinating invoicing and payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting internal controls and compliance with local regulations.
- The Finance Administration Manager will collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights, support cost tracking on projects, and assist with forecasting and planning.
- The role also involves organizing financial documentation, liaising with external auditors or consultants as needed, and recommending process improvements for more efficient financial administration.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance with the ability to support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Accounting practices, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and managing payables and receivables.

- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards applicable in the UAE or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in architecture, design, construction, or a similar project based environment is a plus.
