The Opportunity
LAKS Partners is an expanding family office with activities across hospitality, furniture trading, real estate, engineering consultancy, and interior design.
The Finance and Administration Manager will lead financial excellence and operational efficiency across multiple companies.
The role is based in JLT, Dubai, and is on-site.
Core Mandate
- Lead the end-to-end financial lifecycle for multiple subsidiaries, including complex consolidations, cash flow optimization, and strategic forecasting.
- Manage UAE corporate tax and VAT filings and act as the internal subject matter expert for FTA interactions.
- Build and maintain high-value banking relationships while optimizing financing facilities and working capital.
- Lead a dedicated team of two overseeing payroll, financial controls, and administrative workflows.
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors during annual group-wide audits.
Experience and Credentials
- At least 5 years of progressive finance experience within a family office or group holding environment.
- Direct exposure to F&B, trading, interior design, or consultancy sectors is highly advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Deep, practical understanding of current UAE tax laws and IFRS is required.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ACFO, CPA, or FMVA is required.
