The Finance & Administration Executive will manage day-to-day accounting, VAT filings, audits, banking relationships, DMCC compliance, and office administration. The role requires experience in finance, accounting, and corporate administration in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day to day accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates
- Manage DMCC license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance
- Oversee general office administration and document management
- Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, renewals, and personnel records
- Support management with correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination
Requirements
- Experience in finance and accounting operations

DMCC & Corporate Administration
- Manage DMCC license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Maintain company licenses, permits, corporate records, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with service providers, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance obligations.
Administration & HR Support
- Oversee general office administration and document management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, renewals, and personnel records.
- Manage vendor relationships, office expenses, and administrative service providers.
- Support management with correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.
