TAG INTL DMCC in Dubai seeks a Finance & Administration Executive to manage accounting, VAT filings, banking relationships, DMCC compliance, and office administration. The role requires 7-10 years of experience and knowledge of UAE regulations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day to day accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates
- Manage DMCC license renewals and regulatory filings
- Oversee general office administration and document management
- Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, and personnel records
Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience in finance and administration
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and DMCC compliance

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day to day accounting operations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain organized financial records, contracts, and supporting documentation.
Banking & Compliance
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates, account reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare banking documentation and support account openings, amendments, and other banking activities.
- Maintain records of banking facilities, guarantees, and corporate correspondence.
DMCC & Corporate Administration
- Manage DMCC license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Maintain company licenses, permits, corporate records, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with service providers, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance obligations.
Administration & HR Support
- Oversee general office administration and document management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, renewals, and personnel records.
- Manage vendor relationships, office expenses, and administrative service providers.
- Support management with correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.
