About the Role
Ehfaaz is seeking a Finance & Administration Executive to manage bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
- Process customer invoices, supplier bills, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Track customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow updates
- Support monthly closing activities and management reporting
- Maintain VAT records and support VAT return preparation
- Support payroll and employee administration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related
- 2 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred
- Experience managing collections and receivables
- Experience preparing management reports
- Experience supporting external audits
- Experience in SMEs or fast growing companies
