Role Overview
AFR is seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Manager for Assasa Asset Management.
The role manages financial control, budgeting, reporting, payments, and administrative coordination.
The position supports the Managing Director and Awqaf Board with reliable financial information and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial control over accounts, budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management and the Awqaf Board.
- Review and approve invoices from the Portfolio Management Agent and contractors before payment.
- Lead annual budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Process and monitor Portfolio Management Agent management fee payments under agreed contractual terms.
- Monitor financial KPIs and reporting data through the PACT digital platform.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and applicable government regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities on financial matters.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Support financial planning, cost control, and overall portfolio financial performance.
