Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Handle accounting for property development projects, including project budgets, construction costs, and WIP
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Manage finance modules in Odoo ERP and improve accounting processes through automation
Requirements
- Qualified CA or Semi Qualified CA (ICAI/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Real Estate Development Company
- Hands on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory

Qualification
- Qualified CA or Semi Qualified CA (ICAI/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Real Estate Development Company.
- Hands on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Experience in UAE VAT compliance and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
