Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking a talented Final Integration and Checkout Technician to perform final verification, systems bring-up, and quality delivery of completed UAS airframes. This role is responsible for confirming structural, electrical, and mechanical conformance of each aircraft, performing weight and balance, conducting full system checkout and engine runs, and preparing/loading aircraft for customer delivery. This position directly interfaces with Customer, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Flight Test and UAS Flight Operations Staff. The growing Madison, AL-based small business is seeking innovative individuals who want to join an up tempo, maker culture that proudly provides products and services to support the American Warfighter!

POSITION SUMMARY

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience with final assembly verification and quality inspection of aerospace or UAS structures
- Experience with electrical/avionics system checkout, wiring continuity, and troubleshooting
- Experience performing weight and balance on aircraft or similarly regulated systems
- Experience with small gas or turbine engine runs, break-in, and troubleshooting
