Hiring for a Finacle L3 Support Engineer in Chennai with work from office.

The role supports Finacle Core Banking applications, production operations, incident management, and banking operations.

The position requires 8+ years of experience.

Provide L3 application support for Finacle Core Banking systems.
Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines and perform root cause analysis.
Support EOD/BOD activities, critical batch processing, application monitoring, and dependent systems.
Coordinate with business, development, and infrastructure teams on issue resolution.
Support releases, patches, upgrades, production validation, and incident, problem, and change management.
Maintain SOPs and support documentation and participate in major incident calls.

Hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking versions 7x, 10x, or 11x.
Strong L2/L3 production support experience and banking domain experience.
Knowledge of CASA, deposits, loans, payments, clearing, GL, and trade finance modules.
Experience with EOD/BOD support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Experience with SQL or Oracle PL/SQL and knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
