This is a full-time, on-site role suited for someone with strong communication skills and experience in recruitment or manpower coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas candidates
- Communicate with applicants (including Filipino-speaking candidates) throughout the hiring process
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Liaise with international recruitment partners and agencies
- Support documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) and English is required
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower coordination preferred
- Familiarity with overseas hiring processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
