- Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency across all buffet items
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed
- Monitor food inventory and minimize waste through proper planning
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Filipino cuisine
- Deep knowledge of traditional Filipino recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Creativity in modernizing and presenting Filipino dishes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Relevant culinary certificate or diploma is an advantage

Job Overview
