- Maintain, organize, and control all company documents, records, and files in both physical and electronic formats
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
- Monitor document flow and maintain document control registers
- Prepare reports on document status, filing activities, and record management
- Manage confidential documents and ensure data security
- Support audits by providing required documentation and records
- Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution history
- Maintain an efficient document storage system for easy access and retrieval
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience as a Filing Clerk, Document Controller, or Records Management Officer in the UAE
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems
- Must be on visit or cancelled visa
