FIFO | Dining Room Supervisor

Minimum 2yrs Food & Beverage operations management experience.

Proven experience in the management of high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.

Polished presentation and communication abilities.

Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision-making capability.

Lead by example and model behaviours that underpin a constructive safety culture.

Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.

Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.

Driver's License/ Photo ID required.

Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
