• Demonstrate a Safety-first mindset in all aspects of work
• Work with Sanjel's Engineering mentors to complete competency requirements and other assessments to accelerate structured development
• Assist with rigging-in, rigging-out, and execution of cementing operations at the wellsite
• Apply technical knowledge to support equipment operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting; work with hydraulic systems and pressure pumping equipment
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete shop duties as required
• Support operational efficiency through teamwork, innovation, communication, and problem-solving
