Role overview
Field Support Representative role within IDEXX’s Field Support team supporting veterinary clinics and diagnostic solutions.
This is a full-time, 12-month parental leave cover opportunity covering Southern and Western Sydney and extending across Western and Central NSW.
In this role
- Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment, products, and services within veterinary clinics.
- Provide education, onboarding, and training to veterinary clinic teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and help customers identify effective solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with veterinary professionals and clinic teams.
- Collaborate with commercial and internal support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Promote IDEXX products and services to support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and successful clinic outcomes.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to support customers in person.
What you need to succeed
- Hold a qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another relevant science discipline.
- Have significant veterinary industry experience, ideally as a senior veterinary nurse, team leader, practice manager, or veterinary leader.
- Have experience providing technical support and troubleshooting customer issues.
