About the role
Lead Field Support Operations strategy and execution to scale autonomous vehicle deployment.
Build and manage rapid-response protocols for in-field incidents with technology partners, local operators, product teams and regulators.
The role requires hands-on operational leadership, technical aptitude, stakeholder management and comfort with ambiguity.
What you'll do
- Lead Field Support Operations partners in scaling rapid-response supply and regional operations.
- Manage partner escalations and drive operational issues to resolution.
- Lead Field Support Operator training with autonomous vehicle technology partners.
- Coordinate incident-response drills and partner auditing activities.
- Identify dependencies, resource needs, budgets and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data and trends and convert ideas into actionable operational plans.
Basic qualification
- Five or more years of operations management or program management experience.
