Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor position is a liason between our project managers, subcontractors and our customers.

This important role works closely with the project managers to ensure accuracy and quality of work performed, along with scheduling, customer service, material management, and other miscellaneous duties.

This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask.

The Field Supervisor position includes (but is not limited to) the duties, skills and requirements stated below.

• · Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization · Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis · Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality · Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs · Organize and manage shop materials and equipment · Occasional hands on work is necessary for repairs, and miscellaneous tasks
• · Drivers license and clean driving record · High School diploma · Ability to operate skid steer and excavator is a plus · Strong work ethic
