- Track attendance, productivity, and store coverage
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the merchandising team
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Excel
- Coordinate with management to ensure execution of merchandising standards
- Follow up on issues identified during store visits and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Previous experience in merchandising supervision or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Valid driving license is preferred
