Train customer crews on helical pile installation best practices

Travel to job sites to provide real-time field support and troubleshooting

Conduct installation quality observations and coach crews on improvements

Work effectively with foremen, superintendents, and project managers

Document field activities and share lessons learned with the Magnum team

Construction field experience or strong working knowledge of construction equipment and job site operations

Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset

Project coordination skills and professional follow-through

Willingness to travel frequently (company-paid travel expenses)

Deep foundations/helical pile experience is a strong plus
