Role overview

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot products and provide technical support to internal and external customers.
• Service, repair, test, install, set up, upgrade, and maintain company products.
• Complete preventive maintenance visits under service contracts.
• Maintain timely follow-up on tickets and work orders.
• Schedule customer visits with customers and internal support functions.
• Escalate opportunities and issues through appropriate channels.
• Maintain awareness of applicable compliance and legal requirements.

Required qualifications

• Engineering background is required; electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering is preferred, while biomedical and telecommunications backgrounds are accepted.
• Fluency in spoken and written technical and medical English and the local language is required.
• Three years of relevant experience are required.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and computer skills are required.
