Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain analytical instruments at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance
- Provide on site and remote technical support
- Train users on proper operation and basic maintenance
- Document service activities, reports, and parts usage
- Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Physics, or related technical field
- Strong field service capabilities including on site installation, calibration, and commissioning of laboratory or analytical instruments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics for electro mechanical and software related issues
- Experience providing technical support both remotely and on site
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage travel
- Familiarity with laboratory environments and safety standards
- Prior experience servicing analytical or food testing equipment is a plus
