- Perform advanced on site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Support and maintain liquid cooling systems (direct to chip or immersion).
- Coordinate with data center teams during installations, upgrades, and expansions.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Document service activities, configurations, and technical issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field service, data centers, or similar environments
- Proven experience with Supermicro servers
- Strong expertise in NVIDIA GPU deployments (A100, H100, HGX)
- Hands on experience with liquid cooling technologies
- Solid background in on site data center deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead field operations

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Engineer to support on site deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field service, data centers, or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CDU (Coolant Distribution Units) and coolant systems.
- Knowledge of high speed networking technologies.
- Experience working with AI / HPC clusters.
- Exposure to vendors such as CoolIT Systems, Vertiv, and Schneider Electric.
