Trillium Flow Technologies is looking for a Field Services Engineer to perform installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of valves, pumps, and flow control equipment at customer sites in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of valves, pumps, and related flow control equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose equipment issues, execute corrective and preventive maintenance, and provide hands on technical support to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Interface directly with customers to clarify technical requirements, offer product and application guidance, and ensure service work is completed to agreed quality and safety standards
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, coordinate with internal engineering and parts teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the field
Requirements
- Strong Field Service experience with rotating equipment, valves, pumps, or related industrial systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for mechanical and electro mechanical equipment
- Hands on Preventive Maintenance skills, including inspection, calibration, and repair in industrial environments
- Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly on site, manage expectations, and build long term relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and risk assessments for field work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, manuals, and service documentation
- Willingness to travel within the region, work in industrial plant environments, and adapt to varying site conditions and schedules
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, including preparation of service reports and documentation
- Previous experience in oil and gas, power generation, or water/wastewater facilities in the Middle East is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Field Services Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi.
