Field Service Technician - Dispenser Tech

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, mechanical service, construction equipment maintenance, concrete plant operations, or a related technical field.
• Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with pumps, dispensing systems, electrical and mechanical components, meters, gauges, tools, and industrial equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of organization.
• Comfortable using computers and service management systems for work orders, maintenance records, parts tracking, and expense reporting.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout British Columbia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in concrete production, ready-mix operations, batch plant environments, admixtures, or related construction materials industries.
• Knowledge of concrete batching systems and associated equipment.

• Certain provinces require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is 60,500$ to 80,000$ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 7% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
