Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role based in the Riyadh Region.
The position installs, configures, and maintains tracking equipment and related hardware at client locations.
The role includes field travel, technical diagnosis, repairs, documentation, and client updates.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, equipment testing, repairs, and replacements.
- Travel to sites and work in outdoor or industrial environments.
- Document service activities and maintain tools and inventory.
- Follow safety standards and company and client procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering or support staff on complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic or tracking system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting is required.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals is required.
- Networking, cabling, and device connectivity knowledge is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and professional communication skills are required.
- Independent on-site work, schedule management, and accurate record keeping are required.
- Field travel within the Riyadh Region and work in varied environments are required.
- A relevant technical diploma or degree is advantageous.
- Previous field service, maintenance, or technical support experience is a plus.
- A valid driving license and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia are required.
