This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role based in the Doha Metropolitan Area.

Install, configure, test, and maintain IoT devices, sensors, and related hardware at customer sites.

Support deployments, user training, service documentation, and continuous improvement of field operations.

Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and repair or replace defective components.
Ensure proper connectivity between field devices and HyperNym’s SaaS platforms.
Document service activities and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
Follow safety and quality standards in customer environments.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams on deployments.
Participate in on-site user training and contribute feedback for field-operations improvement.
