About Pasqal

Position overview
The role is part of the Installation and Maintenance team within the Engineering and Production department.
The representative will maintain a quantum processing unit on site in Saudi Arabia and collaborate with engineering teams to improve maintenance processes.
The position is dedicated to maintaining one quantum processing unit in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Commission quantum processing units on site, perform software and hardware updates, and complete final site acceptance.
- Track customer complaints through resolution and perform first-level diagnostics during machine failures.
- Coordinate recovery activities and deploy corrective actions on site.
- Develop diagnostic, repair, and maintenance procedures with multidisciplinary engineering and production teams.
- Analyze and report failures and defects and support continuous improvement of machine reliability.
