Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment in accordance with OEM technical guidance
- Maintain and repair heavy tactical wheeled vehicles (HEMTT family)
- Maintain and repair trailers and battery support equipment
- Maintain and repair Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Maintain and repair power generation systems including HDT DRASH generators and 5kW HEMTT mounted generators
- Conduct scheduled maintenance services (semi annual and annual)
- Execute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault isolation across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform component level repair and replacement
- Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments to ensure equipment serviceability
- Utilize Technical Manuals and maintenance documentation to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide status updates
- Operate independently as the sole FSR at assigned location and coordinate maintenance priorities

Job Overview
- Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a Field Service Representative to work in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
- Provides conventional maintenance support for Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) associated support equipment.
- Operates as an in country resource assigned to a specific site and performs maintenance in accordance with applicable OEM Technical Manuals and Technical Bulletins under Foreign Military Sales program requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment in accordance with OEM technical guidance.
- Maintain and repair heavy tactical wheeled vehicles (HEMTT family).
- Maintain and repair trailers and battery support equipment.
- Maintain and repair Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including rough terrain and multi directional forklifts.
- Maintain and repair power generation systems, including HDT DRASH generators and 5kW HEMTT mounted generators (Kubota/Cummins variants).
- Conduct scheduled maintenance services (semi annual and annual).
- Execute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault isolation across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform component level repair and replacement (e.g., starters, alternators, fuel system components, belts, filters, and electrical assemblies).
- Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments to ensure equipment serviceability and operational readiness.
- Utilize Technical Manuals (TMs) and maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide status updates as required.
- Operate independently as the sole FSR at assigned location and coordinate maintenance priorities with supported units.
