Field Service Representative

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have hands-on mechanical experience with compressors or rotating equipment, including disassembly, inspection, alignment, and reassembly of major components such as rotors, bearings, gearboxes, and mechanical seals. The position requires the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, service manuals, and technical documentation, perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in the field, and accurately document completed work. Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in industrial environments are essential. Candidates must be willing to participate in ongoing training, assessments, and travel as required to support field service operations.

• Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses and company-sponsored benefits.
