Field Service Representative

Job Purpose

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales / Business Development team to provide customers technical field support.
• Represent Rebel in a professional manner ensuring the proper use of our products.
• Support Business Development, Sales, and Program Management to provide support across multiple products and programs.
• Present as the Subject Matter Expert on Rebel products in the field.
• Provide technical feedback on products and any potential advancements.
• Collect customer feedback and present it to the engineering team.
• Provide training on Rebel products as required.
• Travel to remote locations in support of customer demonstrations and exercises.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products. Education Required: High School diploma, prior military,or equivalent relative experience Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting methodologies, schedule flexibility Work Environment: Off-site locations to include military installations. Physical Demands: Ability to operate in arduous locations that could be outdoors, sit, stand, bend, reach and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
