Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work.
Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and overall profitability.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and address project-related concerns as they arise.
Coordinate with Operations and Safety to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while meeting customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout project execution.
Manage project documentation, work orders, daily reports, change orders, and project closeout.
Conduct field audits to verify personnel, equipment, safety documentation, and project requirements are in compliance.
Provide direction and support to field supervisors and crews during project execution.
Identify and resolve project delays, field issues, resource constraints, and other challenges that may impact project completion.
Provide project status updates and reports to management as needed.
Oversee field service and emergency response projects as assigned.
Additional duties as assigned.

3+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing field-based projects, crews, equipment, schedules, and budgets.
Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership.
Valid driver's license.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and active worksites as needed to oversee projects, coordinate field activities, and support project execution.
