Define enterprise architecture for Salesforce Field Service programs.
Lead solutioning workshops with business stakeholders, dispatch teams, and field service operations.
Design scalable workforce scheduling and optimization frameworks.
Architect mobile workforce solutions for technicians and field engineers.
Define integration strategies across ERP, Asset Management, GIS, and IoT platforms.
Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks.
Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Mentor developers, technical leads, and solution architects.
Participate in estimation, solution review, and pre-sales activities.
Support deployment planning, release governance, and production readiness reviews.
Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of FSL solutions.
