This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large organization. Key Responsibilities Manage technical projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Required Skills: Strong project management and engineering skills. Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Experience in cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
