Join the Field Engineering team supporting onsite installation, maintenance, and planning for energy technology products and services.
As a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT, serve as the onsite customer expert while developing technical knowledge through an initial training program.
Role responsibilities
- Provide technical direction to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and daily and weekly briefing reports.
- Ensure training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed.
- Use company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and manage packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.
To be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to travel significantly, up to 70%, without geographical restriction, including to offshore facilities.
Work arrangement
- The role works with customers onsite and follows client working patterns.
- The position involves significant travel and may include offshore facilities.
