Sportsafe KSA is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join their technical team in Riyadh. The role involves traveling to customer sites across Saudi Arabia to inspect, maintain, repair, and install sports and recreational equipment.

Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on sports, gymnastics, playground and fitness equipment
- Install, assemble and commission new equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose mechanical faults and perform effective repairs
- Complete digital inspection and service reports accurately and on time
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures and applicable safety standards
- Deliver professional customer service and provide technical advice when required
- Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle in excellent condition
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety and quality on every site
Requirements
- Practical mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills
- Experience in maintenance, installation or field service
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage daily site activities
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Good spoken and written English
- Valid driving licence recognised in Saudi Arabia
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, or willingness to relocate under company sponsored visa and Iqama arrangements

About the Role
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring sports and recreational equipment remains safe, reliable and fully operational.
- This is a hands on, field based position where you will travel to customer sites across Saudi Arabia to carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs and installations.
- No previous experience with sports equipment is required. We provide comprehensive product and technical training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
