Company and Function
Radiometer develops diagnostic tools intended to improve patient care and support informed diagnostic decisions.
The role is part of the Customer Support function and reports to the Service Team Leader W/S.
The position is described as part of the Service Team.
Role Overview
The Field Service Engineer ensures customer excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repairs on Radiometer analyzers.
The role represents Radiometer externally and educates customer business accounts about its products, services, and capabilities.
The position description identifies Abha-Southern Region, Saudi Arabia as the assigned service location.
Service Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on analyzers for the assigned installed base.
- Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Complete regulatory field action notes and technical updates by their specified due dates.
- Install analyzers and conduct customer user training as required.
