Responsibilities
- Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
- Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required
- Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers
- Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
- Work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff

Role Overview
- You'll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting.
- You'll be cross trained on our products and you'll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.
- You'll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites.
- That includes working on some special high visibility projects and following up with customers.
