Field Service Engineer

The role

Key duties.

• Analysing, diagnosing faults, modifying and repairing wheelchairs and their controls.
• Carrying-out Planned Service Maintenance as agreed.
• Delivering, setting up and demonstrating equipment to Services User’s and carers.
• Providing clear communication to Service Users and Carers about their current repairs.
• Organising and Prioritising own caseload and appointments.
• Supporting the team general operations tasks.

Key skills

• Experience of using hand tools and technical ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
• Team working skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• IT skills
