Role Overview
GT Legacy is hiring a Field Sales Representative to represent TELUS through direct, face-to-face sales.
The role offers training, coaching, performance-based earning opportunities, and a potential progression path into team leadership and management.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with customers through direct, face-to-face sales.
- Visit businesses and residential customers in assigned territories.
- Introduce available products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle questions and objections, close sales, and submit customer information accurately.
- Follow up with customers and maintain professional relationships.
- Track daily activity and performance, attend training and meetings, and work toward weekly and bi-weekly targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- The candidate must be comfortable in a face-to-face sales environment.
- Full-time availability and local travel within assigned territories are required.
- Previous sales experience is an asset but is not required.
- The role seeks ambitious, goal-oriented, confident, resilient, coachable, team-oriented candidates.
