Engagement and Targets

  • Uphold core organizational ethics and values.
  • Conduct market and customer needs analysis to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Conceptualize new strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up on new sales leads and build detailed sales pipeline.
  • Analyze potential growth opportunities in the market.
  • Engage with appointed distributors and manage channel sales.
  • Increase footprint and customer base in specified area.
  • Actively engage with converters to identify new opportunities.
  • Increase opportunity pipeline for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
  • Provide input to S&OP meetings on forecasts and inventory.
  • Create and manage customer value prop plan for existing and new customers.
  • Align and execute strategic sales plan to maximize Return on Time Investment.

Sales Activities

  • Maintain minimum frequency of four customer field visits per day.
  • Update visit reports on a daily basis.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, and promotional trends.
  • Extract value from customers using company tools and training.
  • Take informed decisions on pricing, rebates, and discounts.
  • Communicate with clients on account status.
  • Monitor overdue balances and support credit control.

Customer Service & Commercial Excellence

  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide inputs to CS team on customer complaints within 24 hours.
  • Update customer price lists with approved modifications.
  • Manage end to end complaint resolution process.
  • Collaborate with CS and Marketing teams on regional digital initiatives.
