- Follow up on new sales leads and build detailed sales pipeline.
- Analyze potential growth opportunities in the market.
- Engage with appointed distributors and manage channel sales.
- Increase footprint and customer base in specified area.
- Actively engage with converters to identify new opportunities.
- Increase opportunity pipeline for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
- Provide input to S&OP meetings on forecasts and inventory.
- Create and manage customer value prop plan for existing and new customers.
- Align and execute strategic sales plan to maximize Return on Time Investment.
Sales Activities
- Maintain minimum frequency of four customer field visits per day.
- Update visit reports on a daily basis.
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
- Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, and promotional trends.
- Extract value from customers using company tools and training.
- Take informed decisions on pricing, rebates, and discounts.
- Communicate with clients on account status.
- Monitor overdue balances and support credit control.
Customer Service & Commercial Excellence
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
- Provide inputs to CS team on customer complaints within 24 hours.
- Update customer price lists with approved modifications.
- Manage end to end complaint resolution process.
- Collaborate with CS and Marketing teams on regional digital initiatives.
