About the Role

  • We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and highly motivated Field Sales Officer to help accelerate the growth of two innovative UAE platforms: a courier business and a Super App.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, enjoys meeting people, building partnerships, closing deals, and creating long term business relationships.

Business Development Responsibilities – Couriers

  • Target and develop partnerships with hospitality sector: hotels, hotel apartments, serviced apartments, holiday home operators, Airbnb management companies, concierge services.
  • Target property & corporate sector: estate agents, real estate agencies, property management companies, business centres, corporate offices.
  • Target commercial sector: ecommerce businesses, online retailers, SMEs, manufacturing, import & export, trading companies.
  • Target travel & service sector: travel agencies, visa consultants, relocation companies.
  • Promote international courier services, DHL, Aramex, parcel collection, ecommerce shipping, corporate shipping portals.

Business Development Responsibilities – Super App

  • Grow B2B customer adoption among retail shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, telecom retailers, travel agents.
  • Promote consumer services: international mobile top up, bill payments, eSIM, gift cards, courier, travel, digital products.
  • Onboard, train, support, and grow customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads, build a robust sales pipeline, conduct face to face client meetings.
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations, develop strategic partnerships, manage customer relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, increase customer retention, drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain CRM records accurately, identify new market opportunities, attend networking events.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 3 years of UAE sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence (preferred) not mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to generate new business.
  • Self motivated and target driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within logistics, courier services, DHL, Aramex, FedEx, UPS, ecommerce, hospitality, real estate, travel, telecom, retail, SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Candidates who actively use modern business tools and AI technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) will be highly regarded.

Compensation & Benefits

  • AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 Basic Salary per month.
