Job Overview

  • Quaid Ventures is looking for a motivated and results driven Field Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team in Riyadh.
  • If you are passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs.
  • Present and promote the company's services professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated with a target oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.
