Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Role

• Plan and run daily routes of retailer visits across the assigned territory.
• Present the full product range, negotiate, and close orders.
• Open new accounts and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Service existing accounts through stock checks, reorders, and shelf presence.
• Collect payments and manage customer credit within agreed limits.
• Log visits, orders, and competitor activity through the mobile sales app.
• Report market intelligence and pricing movements to the sales manager.

What You Need

• Valid UAE residency visa; the employer is not sponsoring this role.
• Own vehicle and valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, tobacco, beverages, or a similar fast-moving category.
• Confident negotiation skills and comfort cold calling on retail outlets.
• Ability to plan a territory and manage the day independently.
• Fluent English.
• Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
