About the Role
AABTools is hiring a Field Sales Engineer to drive the full sales cycle for industrial supplies in Dubai. The role involves key account management, prospecting, and working with engineers on project requirements.

Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Manage key accounts and prospect for new accounts within the assigned segment.
- Manage large end user accounts and conduct continuous business development activities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for meaningful customer conversations.
- Work with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and specify products.
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes.
- Report on sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Experience of 2 4 years in selling to the construction / industrial vertical
- Positive relationship building skills
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
- Tactful and smart to handle client objections
- Energetic and result oriented
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel
