Overview
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated **Field Sales Associate** to support the launch and growth of a new mass-market chocolate brand across the UAE.
This role focuses heavily on **traditional trade and wholesale sales**, including supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, mini markets, baqalas, and wholesale channels.
The ideal candidate already has strong relationships within the FMCG market and is comfortable spending most of their time in the field developing accounts and increasing distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across wholesale and traditional trade channels
- Visit existing and potential customers daily to secure orders and increase product placement
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Ensure proper visibility, stock levels, and merchandising in stores
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, deliveries, and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare regular sales and market feedback reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG
- Experience in chocolate, confectionery, snacks, or food distribution is highly preferred
- Candidates with experience selling brands such as Tiffany Chocolates or similar FMCG brands are strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE traditional trade and wholesale markets
- Existing network of retailer and wholesale contacts is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid UAE driving license required
