Role Overview
Victor Energy is seeking a Field Health and Safety Advisor to support projects and trade staff in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
The role applies OHS leadership, safe work methodology, and standardized safety practices to electrical infrastructure projects.
The position is field-based and full-time.
Workplace
- The role involves field work on projects across Canada and a 21-and-7 shift rotation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of field OHS leadership experience in the energy sector is required.
- Utility construction experience is preferred.
- An active National Construction Safety Officer credential is required.
- CRSP, CUSP, CHSE, or similar professional accreditations are assets.
- Strong organizational, time management, independent-working, and teamwork skills are required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop project-specific safety plans, training, Emergency Response Plans, hazard assessments, and Safe Job Plans.
