Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security rounds of the plant, checking for unauthorized personnel or security breaches
- Conduct thorough safety inspections of assigned area, including equipment, PPE, and emergency exits
- Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures, fires, or spills
- Issue, review, or verify the Permit to Work (PTW) system for maintenance and operational activities
- Perform LOTO, changeover or shutdown equipment; isolate equipment for handover to maintenance
- Visually inspect critical equipment for signs of damage, leaks, or abnormal operation
- Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.)
- Initiate startup or shutdown procedures for assigned systems following checklists
- Prepare detailed shift handover report and conduct handover meeting
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, replacing gaskets, or tightening bolts
Requirements
- Experience in plant operations, including equipment monitoring and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including LOTO and PTW systems
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies
- Familiarity with CMMS for reporting and documentation

Additional Qualifications

- Conduct regular security rounds of the plant, checking for unauthorized personnel or security breaches.
- Conduct a thorough safety inspection of the assigned area, including equipment, PPE, and emergency exits.
- Ensure all safety signage is visible and up to date.
- Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures, fires, or spills.
- Issue, review, or verify the Permit to Work (PTW) system for maintenance and operational activities.
- Perform LOTO, changeover or shutdown equipment. Isolate equipment for handover to maintenance.
- Visually inspect critical equipment (pumps, valves, chillers, etc.) for any signs of damage, leaks, or abnormal operation.
- Check lubrication levels and perform routine lubrication as needed.
- Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.).
- Initiate the startup procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.
- Initiate the shutdown procedure for assigned systems, if required.
Others and Extras
- Provide information and update from the field to CCC Operator to maintain accurate records in the Daily Operation Report (DOR).
- Occasionally attend site visits by visitors or contractors.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by the Plant Operations Supervisor.
