Responsibilities
- Conduct safety observations and raise SO in CMMS
- Perform security rounds of the plant
- Conduct safety inspections of assigned area
- Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures, fires, or spills
- Issue, review, or verify Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Perform LOTO, changeover, or shutdown equipment
- Visually inspect critical equipment for damage, leaks, or abnormal operation
- Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate)
- Initiate startup and shutdown procedures for assigned systems
- Prepare shift handover report and conduct handover meeting
- Work on optimizing plant performance
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

Responsibilities
- Safety Observation: Raise SO in CMMS when found during shift.
- Security Rounds: Conduct regular security rounds of the plant.
- Safety Check: Conduct thorough safety inspection of assigned area.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures, fires, or spills.
- PTW System: Issuing, reviewing, or verifying the Permit to Work system.
- Equipment Line Up / LOTO: Perform LOTO, changeover or shutdown equipment.
- Equipment Inspection: Visually inspect critical equipment for damage, leaks, or abnormal operation.
- Parameter Monitoring: Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate).
- System Startup: Initiate startup procedure for assigned systems.
- System Shutdown: Initiate shutdown procedure for assigned systems.
- Alarm & Event (A&E) Analysis: Monitor alarm screen and raise info to CCC Operators.
- Shift Handover: Prepare detailed shift handover report and conduct handover meeting.
Additional Responsibilities
- Plant Optimization: Work on optimizing plant performance.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Respond to alarms and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Defect Management: Raise SR in CMMS according to right priority.
- Monitoring of Chemical Treatment Systems: Ensure water treatment system is operating correctly.
- Others and Extras: Provide information to CCC Operator, attend site visits, perform any other duty as assigned.
