- Conduct regular security rounds of the plant
- Conduct safety inspections of assigned area
- Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures, fires, or spills
- Issue, review, or verify Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Perform LOTO, changeover, or shutdown equipment
- Visually inspect critical equipment for damage or leaks
- Monitor key process parameters
- Initiate startup and shutdown procedures
- Prepare shift handover report and conduct handover meeting
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks

Duties
