Field Operator 1- Completions is responsible for supporting the execution of completion operations at customer well sites while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
The role involves assisting with the preparation, operation, maintenance, and mobilization of completion tools and equipment in accordance with Weatherford procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
This position works under the supervision of senior field personnel and provides reliable operational support during onshore and offshore assignments.
Assist in the preparation, inspection, assembly, testing, and operation of completion tools and equipment before, during, and after field operations.
Perform rig-up and rig-down activities in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
Support the execution of completion services, including running completion equipment and associated downhole tools.
Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with Weatherford's Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management System requirements.
Conduct pre-job inspections, toolbox talks, and equipment function tests to ensure operational readiness.
Monitor equipment performance during operations and promptly report any abnormalities or equipment failures.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, servicing, and preservation of tools and equipment.
Complete field documentation, operational reports, maintenance records, and service tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and consumables assigned to field operations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
Assist with loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of field equipment.
Maintain good housekeeping standards at workshops, warehouses, and wellsite locations.
Work closely with Field Engineers, Supervisors, and customers to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
Participate in training programs, competency development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Valid certification for offshore survival, H2S, and other industry-required training is an advantage.
Physically fit and medically cleared to work in field, onshore, and offshore environments.
Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules, including extended field assignments.
